Personal Care Assistance
Personal care assistance services help a person with day-to-day activities in his or her home and community. PCAs are workers who assist people with activities of daily living, health-related procedures and tasks, observation and redirection of behaviors and instrumental activities of daily living.

Adult Companion Services
Adult companion services cover services that help a person work toward a therapeutic or community integration goal in his/her support plan.

Homemaker Services
This service involves helping a person to manage general household cleaning as well as laundry, meal preparation, and shopping for food, clothing and household supplies. This service can also include ambulating, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Individual Community Living Support
This service is for individuals that need frequent reminders, help, supervision, or physical assistance to be able to remain living in their homes and can include: active cognitive support(problem solving and emotional support), adaptive support services (helping individuals to increase self-sufficiency), activities of daily living, household management, community engagement, and health, safety and wellness.

Night Supervision
Overnight assistance and monitoring provided by an awake staff in the person’s own home and can include helping individuals with transitions between sleeping and waking.
